  • Hourly to Flag hour transition

tech Employment & Compensation

Employment Qualification & eligibility

  • Apply and obtain full time employment with Jim Glover Auto Family as an Entry Level Technician
    • Jim Glover Auto Family will provide a starter tool kit (valued at $2,000.00)*
    • Commence real world experience while earning an income right away
    • Employees are required to sign a 2-year employment agreement with Jim Glover Auto Family upon completion of the 2 year term, all obligations will be considered fulfilled and there will be no financial obligation for the tools on the part of the employee.
    • If an employee leaves or is dismissed for any reason during the two year term, the original tool kit is forfeited back to Jim Glover Auto Family. Any missing or broken tools from the original kit must be replaced at employee's expense.

  • From hourly positions to flat rate compensation for highly productive technicians
  • Regular merit increases based on individual training accomplishments and acquired skills.
  • Additional incentive programs and additional bonus options from time to time for eligible technicians
